Terms & Conditions

1. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time is 12:00 Noon.
  • Check-out time is 10:00 A.M.
    Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Room bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
  • Full payment must be completed before or at the time of check-in.

3. Cancellation & No-Show

  • Cancellation policies vary based on season and booking type.
  • No-show or last-minute cancellations is non-refundable.

4. Guest Identification

  • Valid government-approved photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
  • The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation without valid identification.

5. Occupancy Policy

  • The number of guests per room must not exceed the room’s maximum occupancy limit.
  • Extra person charges, if applicable, will be charged separately.

6. Pet Policy

  • The hotel is pet-friendly. Guests traveling with pets are requested to inform the hotel in advance.
  • Any damage caused by pets will be chargeable.

7. Swimming Pool Usage

  • Swimming pool access is available to in-house guests only.
  • Proper swimwear is mandatory.
  • Pool usage is at guests’ own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.

8. Hotel Facilities & Conduct

  • Guests are requested to maintain decorum and respect other guests.
  • Loud music and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct.

10. Outside Food & Alcohol

  • Outside food and beverages may be restricted.
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas, as per hotel policy.

11. Management Rights

  • The management reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
